For giving a Fatwa a Person must have a very good knowledge of Islam. Also a person must know about the faiths of Sahaba Radiallah Taala Anhuma, The faith of our 4 Caliphs, and also should get the proof that whatever you are directing in this post is correct according to the knowledge (Uloom) which are necessary to give Fatwa. There are more then 15 Uloom which are necessary to take any decision. Some of them are: 1) Command on Arabic Language 2) Ilm-e- Tafseer 3) llm-e- Hadis 4) Asma ur Rijal 5) Fiqh 6) Usool-e- Fiqh and many other.
A person must have a full command and also have the command to proof that whatever he is stating is 100% true.
There has been many Fitna's took place in the early time of Islam and they all vanished away. After some time there are Fitna's which took place in Muslims. But seen they are left in the History. Some Fitnas become weak and are not in a position to proof that they are on right side. But there is always a group of people which lives according to the path, which has been shown to us Muslims. And their Faith is the same as the Faith of Sahaba Rizwanulla Ajmaeen. And it is according to the verse of Suratul Fatiha in which we ask about the righteous Path. Secondly In Quran it is mention that "All of you altogether Hold the rope of Allah and do not divide yourself "
The word "rope " means a thing which has a starting point and it also has a ending point. The example that if we tie many pieces of cloth to each other it will become a rope. Just like if we join the pieces of iron to each other, it will form the shape of a rope and the electric wire we use is also a kind of rope.
Just like this if Humans are connected to each other they will also form a shape of rope.
Now just think about the concept of Bait in Islam, which guide us that these Noble persons are connected to each other without any break and it stops to the hand of our beloved prophet Hazrat Muhammad Sallalaho Alaihe Wassalam.
May Allah guide us all.
Always post the full Verse of Quran. Not the half part of a Verse.
This habit of sharing half verses of Allah's Books has already misguided Christians and Jews. This will not help Muslims, it will destroy the Ummat. Also we Muslim should also consider and be conscious about the half verses posted on the net. These half verses are posted with full planning and Fitna and they want to plant bad thoughts in the heart of us Muslims. Always be awake and do not think that a person who is talking sweetly and make you heard about the Quranic Verses are always on right side. Always ask for the righteous path and also show some struggle for it also just like we show the struggle to earn the money.
