And there is also a punishment for that person who does the crime of blasphemy. Every action that you take in present is in your hand. The past and future is not in your hand. We can plan for the future, but if we take the actions in the given time to against your planning, then the result will not come according to your plan most probably. But if you are taking steps or making decisions according to your plan then most probably the result will be according to the plan you made but if Allah wants to change, then no one can stop it. I will again say that every thing happened according to Allah's will and we are being tested always by the ups and downs of life. The decisions we make either in our life or as a whole group bring effects to our future respectively. I will say that the struggles made for the partition were much more greater then the people who are against it. Either you count them as a Muslim or Non Muslim. Therefore struggling for the cause with wholeheartedly is countable in the eyes of Allah. The person who goes out to steal someone is doing a wrong thing. But since he make a plan and then work on it, therefore he become successful, and he can be caught if he leave some options to be considered in the planning. My point is this that for every defeat a person or group should consider the weaknesses in itself not that to start blaming the winner. So before having a battle with anyone plan and then take actions. And for those who are committing a crime of blasphemy, there is a punishment. Sometimes people like Mumtaz Qadri make it happen by themselves and we also observe it. But what we have to struggle for is to penetrate in the government so that we can apply the punishments. But by the way taught us by Allah. Not by killing innocent people like Non Muslims do.

My Dear Pakistan was created by the will of Allah. Will you deny "Iman e Muffasil" which says that "good and bad " both are because of Allah's will. Lucifer (shetan) the biggest enemy of Human is also the creation of Allah. Is there anything written or given the command to fight the Lucifer? It is written that do not follow Lucifer. Being against the will of Allah is not a sensible decision. The creation of Lucifer itself denies your point that """maslan Allah ki will hai kay tmam insan toba kar len ab ye hota kiun nhi.""". It is written in Quran that """ If Allah wants then all the people turn as a Muslim,""" The word if tells us that it is not the will of Allah to turn them by force. But it does not means that Allah is unable to make them as a Muslim (Naoz o billah). We say that this is not the wish of Allah that every person becomes Muslim.
